The Role:

Are you a talented data scientist with with hands-on quantitative experience, looking for your next career opportunity within a leading insurer?

In this key role, you will:

• be responsible for the training of the Machine Learning models such as propensity models
• be accountable for building predictive modelling solutions that can be rolled out to actionable initiatives across the business
• support the ongoing management of the business by considering opportunities around data strategy.

What will I need?

• a background in computer science, mathematics/statistics
• a familiarity with data science software such as Python, R, SPSS Modeller.
• the ability to build Machine Learning models from scratch with good documentation and governance
• experience working in an insurance company setting or any other financial service is preferred.
